This room is on the first floor of an old Japanese-style house and the name is “one flower”.This APT is located at 8min walk from yahiro Sta ,4min walk from higashimukojima Sta. It's located very close to Sky Tree and Asakusa. There is a 45 min direct train to Haneda Airport and a 50 min train ride to Narita Airport with one very easy transfer. We have a brand new IKEA double bed that converts into a double bed,new cooking utensils and tableware,an overhead shower and a toilet with a washlet. The space This simple studio room is an old Japanese house that has been renovated into a modern style, with a Japanese-style interior, allowing you to fully enjoy the Japanese atmosphere. We just reopened in July 2024, so the cooking utensils, tableware, and household appliances are new. Amenities such as lotion, toothbrushes, razors, and cotton swabs are also provided, as well as a first aid kit, and the latest Wi-Fi equipment provides a comfortable internet connection. Additional amenities include USB port and multiple power extension cords. Also, since we opened, one guest has commented that "the noise from the floor above is loud late at night and early in the morning." As mentioned above, we have only had one such complaint, but if there is anything bothering you about noise on the second floor, please let the host know by message on Airbnb. The host will tell the guest on the second floor to be mindful of noise, especially about the time, and to be conscious of keeping within reason. Guest access There are two spaces, a common area entered through the entrance and a private room, and you can enter either of them. Other things to note If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the common area. Inside the front door , you will find the common area right there, where you can use two long wire locks with keys to leave your luggage in the common area. This is ideal for travelers who want to leave their luggage before the 15:00 check-in. Guests who want to use this feature will be notified in advance by message of the front door key number and wire lock number. However, the apartment is not responsible for theft or loss of left-in luggage, so please be responsible for any damage to your luggage.
