This is a private hotel with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. We created this hotel with the hope that you will travel as if you were living in Monzen-nakacho, which was once ranked as the best town for Japanese people to live in. Note: The room is on the fourth floor, and guests must go up stairs as there is no elevator. We have a "Guest favorite" in the other room in the same building. The access from the nearest station is just 2 minutes and very convenient. The space Tokyo Station is 10 minutes away, and you can travel all over Japan from here. If you are going to check in after 21:00, please let us know in advance by sending us a message. There is no caretaker on duty. Please take the key to the entrance from the key box. Only those who have registered their guest information including passport information in advance will receive the key box release number. -Check-out: Please leave the room by 10:00. Cleaning staff will be here after 10:00. Failure to check out after 10:00 will result in a $15 penalty per 15 minutes of overtime. [For guests staying for consecutive nights] -Towels and sheets will not be changed. Please wash them in a washing machine with a dryer. -No cleaning or garbage collection during your stay. -If you wish, please let us know and we will do so for a fee. [Prevention of problems] 1. Noise: The area is a quiet residential area. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Please be quiet after 21:00. If we receive complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise, we may ask you to leave the room. If the police are called, an additional fee of $300 will be charged. Use of the balcony is prohibited after 21:00. 2. No smoking: Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the rooms and on the balcony. Smoking is also prohibited outside the hotel entrance. If smoking (including cigarette butts) is discovered, an additional fee of $300 will be charged for cleaning. 3. Garbage: Please separate garbage as indicated on the garbage cans (burnable, non-burnable, and recyclable garbage). It is prohibited to dispose of garbage in the dumpster of the apartment. 4. Number of Guests: If the number of guests is confirmed to be more than the number reserved, an additional $100 per person will be charged (the number of guests will be checked by the security camera in front of the entrance). 5.
