The space Classic NYC brick walk-up on a quiet side street off and away from fun 9th Ave. Every block of nyc is different and thankfully my block is residential, quiet and well maintained. There is free street parking in front of the building from 7pm-7am and a citibike docking zone a few feet away. Guest access Easy self checking at anytime. Front two sets of security doors are operated by Butterfly virtual kiosk keyless entry that records your entry for security and safety. Apartment door will have lockbox and keys waiting.
