A well appointed space in Squamish

Welcome our cozy space! Are you looking for a thoughtfully designed, bright and comfortable space in one of the best mountain towns in Canada? Look no further! DOS LIC#00011094 BC LIC#H304793903 The space The space is on the lower level our home, with lots of natural light and large full windows. The space has been renovated and includes 1 bedroom, full bathroom, living area and mini kitchenette. There is an outdoor patio dedicated to the space with seating for our guests that overlooks our yard and has peek-a-boo mountain views. There is a bright full bathroom with large soaker tub, comfy and cozy double bed and bright living space with sectional couch and 48" Samsung Smart TV with cable. There is a pull down desk and chair and speedy 1000 mbps WIFI throughout the space. The mini kitchenette area seating includes an island with stools, half fridge (no-freezer), bodem, coffee, tea, sugar, tea kettle and basic dishes, such as glasses, cutlery and plates, bowls, cooking utensils. **PLEASE NOTE our local licensing does not permit us to have cooking appliances like a stove, cooktop, counter top burner, convection oven or microwave.** The space is best suited for MAX 2 adults and not suitable for children under 13. If you are 3 adults, please be in touch with us for further details prior to booking. Unfortunately the wood stove in our photos is not for guest use. We have a cat in the upper portion of our home. Though she does not visit the space, we cannot guarantee that dander could have transferred to material within the space. Therefore, our space may not be suitable for those with cat allergies. Guest access You will have access to the entire space located on the lower level of our home. The space has it's own entrance with a pinpad, you can come and go as you please. Check in is at 4pm. We regret that we cannot guarantee early check in requests. Please contact us to request an earlier check in than 4pm. Parking for one vehicle is in our driveway on the back left hand side. Please no parking on the street. Other things to note ABOUT THE ROADS Please note, that we recommend winter tires for your vehicle for travel between Vancouver and Squamish between the months of October through April. For driving north beyond Squamish, winter tires with the snowflake icon are REQUIRED during the months of October through April. Please plan accordingly as often police conduct tire checks just outside of Squamish en route to Whistler. Squamish always has the potential for snow on the roads during winter.
