Private unit with private entry & garage. The space Kick back and relax in this calm and quaint space. Can accommodate two adults, or for families with kids, I do have an air mattress available to set-up in the living room. We are located north of Kingwood and Houston; allowing for a quick commute to either or Conroe, Humble, and The Woodlands. Approximately 10-20 minutes from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Guest access You will have your own private unit with a private entry, garage, living room, laundry (washer/dryer), kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Includes: Wi-Fi, Netflix, Paramount+, Peacock, and Free Walmart+ Delivery with shared access to the backyard that has a 44' patio with 3 TVs, 9 ft deep pool, hot tub, and basketball court. Please note that shared spaces are maintained for residential use. Though you have access, and I try my best to accommodate all requests, your booking guarantees the apartment space only. The outdoor bathroom is not a fully enclosed space and therefore subject to the elements. The pool has a Polaris (automatic vacuum cleaner) that always stays inside the pool. Other things to note Garage can fit a compact car comfortably and a midsize sedan (Honda Accord) or small SUV (Ford Explorer) snuggly.
