We are located north of Kingwood and Houston; allowing for a quick commute to either or Conroe, Humble, and The Woodlands. Approximately 10-20 minutes from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The outdoor bathroom is not a fully enclosed space and therefore subject to the elements. The pool has a Polaris (automatic vacuum cleaner) that always stays inside the pool. Other things to note Garage can fit a compact car comfortably and a midsize sedan (Honda Accord) or small SUV (Ford Explorer) snuggly.
