Large holiday home in beautiful Risøgrund, Kalix municipality

Large and rich detached house, rent alone or with someone. Large garden for play and activity. Short car and bike ride to the center of Kalix. Large parking space by the house. Located very centrally in relation to the shopping centers in Haparanda and Luleå. There are great golf courses in Kalix and in Haparanda/Tornio. There is a public bath and sports center in Kalix. During summertime you can swim in the Kalix river by the farmhouse. Nice temperatures in the summer months of May, June, July and August. Welcome The space It is located in the middle of the village. Not located very close to water. Large property for play. But you can go to the village house, there is a beach if you want to take a swim in the summer. Guest access Feel free to use all rooms, let us know if you are not using all the beds. There is an extra charge for each person, due to bed linen, heating and hot water. Other things to note There is a TV in the living room and you can watch this if you have your own TV package available. You can log in to Apple TV, with your own information/package. The sauna is not available. There is a moccamaster to brew regular coffee and a kettle.
