Independent & cozy accommodation between Annecy-Geneva

Independent accommodation in a village house ideally located in a quiet area – 15 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from Geneva. Our large garden is to be shared with us: an incredible diversity of plants, shrubs, flowers... sun loungers, and the ping pong table for enthusiasts! Between lake and mountains, a region rich in history (castles, Glières plateau...), heritage and gastronomy. In all seasons, plenty of sports activities: hiking, biking, skiing... swimming, paddleboarding... The space The listing is located on a quiet street, and you can park your vehicle right in front of the entrance. The living room has an open kitchen, a dining area, a TV area, and a sleeping area. Behind a screen, a real single bed offers a cozy bed. The sofa bed offers a 4th bed. Baby cot. A large bathroom and separate WC. Pets are welcome! Towels and bed linen provided. Guest access The accommodation is 2 minutes to the A41 motorway, Saint-Martin-Bellevue /Allonzier-la-Caille interchange. (If you arrive from Annecy, BE CAREFUL to exit all the way to the right!) Our place is easy to find, and you can park right in front (2 spaces).
