Red cottage with lake view

Relax in our small red cottage in quiet surroundings near the forest and lake. Listen to the birdsong, live the simple life and let the calm settle in. The cabin is located on a hill with amazing views of Lake Tolken which has more beaches in close walking distance. The plot is protected from view. In the surrounding area there is a rich animal and bird life. In the forest there is a lot of mushrooms. In the lake you can fish for Pike, Brach, Perch etc. Eka with oars included. The space In the main house (40 m2) there is a kitchen with combined living room and dining area for 8 people as well as a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). Exit to the deck at the back and deck with roof in the front. In the shed (15 m2) there is a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower and an incinerating toilet. In a third cottage (11 m2) there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a small toilet with a combustion toilet. In the garden, there are friends swing and hammock. 3 older adult bicycles are available to borrow. A rowboat with oars can be borrowed free of charge. Life jackets are available to borrow. Fishing license costs SEK 75/day or SEK 150/week and can be purchased at the shop Trendhuset in Torestorp. Sheets are available to borrow, please notify in good time if you need to borrow them. Please bring your own towels. Parking facilities for 2 cars. Cleaning is not included in the rent, the tenant cleans before check-out and leaves the cottage in the same condition as when checking in. What's in the vicinity G-kås is a large famous shopping center located in Ullared and is reached in about 40 minutes by car. Varberg is a beautiful coastal resort with several nice beaches and many restaurants, reachable in about 45 min by car. Göteborg, the second largest city in Sweden with great cultural offer, restaurants, shopping is about 1 hour by car. In royal sites, 10 minutes by car, there are beautiful hiking trails. In torestorp there is Torestorps Pizzeria. The nearest grocery store is in Älekulla, 10 minutes by car. In Kinna/Skene there is a pharmacy, medical center, system and clothing stores, 25 min by car. In addition to Tolken, Sandsjön and Öresjön are close by. 3 minutes walk to the nearest swimming area with jetty, 4 minutes walk to the sandy beach. Guest access The whole house, shed, a third cottage and garden. Other things to note Cleaning is not included in the rent, you clean before check-out. Cleaning equipment and checklist are available in the cabin. NOTE: The cabin does not have a water toilet but two incineration toilets, instructions are on the wall in the bathroom. Adults traveling with children need to check that the children have followed the instructions so as not to damage the toilets. As the cottage is located on a hill with a fairly steep slope up to the entrance, people who have difficulty walking are discouraged from booking. Strollers are fine to drive. It is fine to go the back way around the cottage instead of the small steep hill up to the entrance.
