The space Guests should understand that this unit is the downstairs unit of a duplex. During the day guests may hear the owners moving around upstairs as they live in the upstairs unit. However, they are extremely courteous and responsive to guests and do not have any small children so noise is typically limited to light padding. - Kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and utensils/glasses/plates/pots/pans. - Primary bedroom has a queen bed; the den has a trundle bed with two twin beds. All have new mattresses and bedding. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. - A/C and Heat from Nest Thermostat. Guest access Only downstairs unit, no back patio access. Other things to note We love our furry friends but all guests MUST disclose and pay pet fee if you are bringing a pet! There will be an extra charge if evidence of a dog is present! Thanks for your understanding. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. There is a ton of street parking available if you are bringing a car. Additionally, there is a bikeshare station a few blocks away and 2 metro stops within a 2 mile radius.
