This elegant two-room apartment is located in a newly developed area in western Malmö called Limhamns Sjöstad, its a 5 min walk to the sea which is situated right next to Malmös largest beach, there are marinas, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a golfcenter just a short walk from the apartment but still just a 10min bus/bikeride downtown. Please ask for garage availability. The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator, a two-roomer with an open kitchen/living room area and a seperate bed room. The bed is 160cm wide(queen size). The sofa bed in the living room is 120cm wide and comes with an extra mattres on top. The livingroom has a 55 inch tv with a tv box for all the apps , the kitchen is equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment has washing machine/dishwasher.
