Home in Eugene

Whether passing through or planning your vacation in Eugene, the Lilac Home is your perfect escape. The home sits on a quiet street and has everything you need to relax. Walking distance to excellent dining, Autzen Stadium, beautiful parks and so much of what Eugene has to offer. The 3BD, 2BA home has a hot tub to wind down after a full day of exploring, or stay inside and enjoy a bath in the deep soak tub. If that isn’t enough, feel free to warm up with a wood fire. The space Primary bedroom has a king bed, dimmable sconces and a TV for lounging. The attached bathroom has a walk-in tile shower with a luxurious rainfall shower head. Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and north facing window giving plenty of indirect light. Third bedroom has 4 twin beds. All of the bedrooms and secondary bath are located away from the living space. The secondary bath has a deep soak tub and cedar walls perfect for a soothing soak. The kitchen is well stocked with most essentials. We have provided some of our favorite local coffee and tea for your enjoyment. If there is something missing, feel free to give us some recommendations as we are always wanting to provide what we can for our future guests. The kitchen overlooks the dining area which seats 8, and additional seating at the kitchen island if needed. A designated workspace is located behind the dining area. In the living room, lounge on the sofa or futon while you enjoy a fire or favorite show on the TV. Out back includes a fire pit, cornhole, plenty of bistro tables and a 5 person jetted hot tub. Guest access Guests have access to the home, yard and parking in the driveway. NO cars inside the garage. Other things to note Fine dining and shopping at the Oakway Center are a short 1.4 mile walk away. Autzen Stadium is 1.8 miles. Mathew Knight Arena, Hayward Field and Alton Baker Park are all approximately 2 to 2.7 miles from the Lilac Home. Our family has many great memories biking and strolling along the trails and bike path around Alton Baker Park. There are so many places to explore.
