This unit is completely self-contained, with its own entrance. The guest will probably never see the tenant, however, there is a chance guests might hear him on occasion. Please let me know if there are any questions about this situation. Other things to note Although our dog will not be present when guests are there, this house does have a resident dog. So, anyone with allergies, should know that a dog does typically live in the house. Reviewers of the house, may see a disgruntled reviewers posting about how hot the house became during the record-breaking heat wave of 2021, when temperatures rose well above 100 degrees. Despite this being a highly unusual occurrence, given Eugene's temperate climate, we have since put in central air conditioning. As such the house does have central air conditioning, in the case of a repeat event of unusually high temperatures.
