Possibility of day trips with inflatable boat to islands and beaches as well as preparation of breakfast and meals in the garden. The space The accommodation is new and is made with the best materials. The bedroom is spacious and includes a small living room. In the rest of the living room there are sofa beds for two people. The house includes two bathrooms (one master) as well as a kitchen with all the facilities and appliances. The great asset of the house is the huge garden and pool where one can enjoy it morning and night. All this outdoor space is shared with the other residents - hosts of the house. Party events are possible upon request. Possibility of one-day excursions by inflatable boat to islands and beaches of Evia as well as preparation of breakfast and meals in the garden. Guest access The pool and garden can be used morning and night by guests, in parallel and in good communication with the other residents – hosts. There is flexibility and tolerance for noise and loud music, but only after prior consultation. Other things to note The accommodation is in the attic on the second floor with a separate entrance. The garden and pool are shared with the rest of the residents – hosts of the house! Events and parties can be held by prior arrangement. Breakfast or other lunch meals can be prepared for a fee.
