Outside, a private 1-acre oasis awaits, packed with activities. The resort-like outdoor setting includes a beautiful pool with a waterfall feature, a hot tub, a large putting green, a pickleball court, basketball, bocce ball, frisbee golf, a sand fire pit lounge, children's play area with mini cars, cornhole, and outdoor dining space with TVs. The garage adds even more to the list of amenities with a fully equipped workout area that includes a Peloton bike, hand weights, a yoga mat, resistance bands, an exercise ball, and an infrared sauna. Guest access In an abundance of concern to maintain integrity of the STR industry and the neighbors rights to quiet enjoyment of their properties there are NO parties allowed. Quiet hour policies are from 10pm-7am. And we request minimum noise/disturbance throughout daytime/evening hours as well. Other things to note **Must state the number of guests when booking a reservation. **Guest booking the property must be a minimum of 25 years of age. **Pool Heat is available for an additional $50 per day (3 day minimum). **Pet's are allowed upon approval and a $100 non-refundable deposit is requited per per pet. **When available early check in and or late check out is available for an additional $50 per item.
