Duplex + loft with views, Wi-Fi and garage in Boí

Lie down with the starry night above you thanks to the large Velux windows and wake up with the first rays of natural light with beautiful views of the sky and the mountains. Let the sun touch you on the balcony while you have a drink and listen to nature and the tranquility of the village. Warm the home very quickly and settle into the sofa next to the living room window reading a book with the mountains in the background. Take advantage of the convenience of private ski storage in the parking lot. The space The apartment has private covered parking, ski storage in winter, WiFi, elevator and very efficient gas heating (very warm apartment with the highest energy efficiency in the valley). It is located 4 minutes from the entrance to the Parc Nacional d'Aigüestortes and 15 minutes from the Boí Taüll ski slopes. Leaving the apartment on foot, in 15 seconds you reach the municipal pool of Boí (with the best views of Catalonia), in 1 minute to the viewpoint-picnic area of Boí surrounded by nature (with BBQ and outdoor basketball court), and in 4 minutes to the Romanesque church of Boí and the taxi stop of the National Park (which take you to the center of it since you cannot enter by car). The Vall de Boí is the valley of the 4 UNESCO World Heritage Sites: · The Romanesque churches, a World Heritage Site. · The starry night sky (Starlight Destination), simply spectacular. Enjoy it from bed! · Las Fallas (the Pyrenees fire festival), Intangible Cultural Heritage. They are celebrated in June/July. · 3 km away is the Aigüestortes National Park, hundreds of kilometers of mountains, streams and multiple lakes in the only national park in Catalonia. The apartment itself is a duplex + mezzanine of 90m² in total. Upon entering, there is a living-dining room with a sofa and TV, balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee makers, oven, microwave, toaster...), an entrance hall and a toilet. Upstairs, there are two symmetrical, loft-style double bedrooms, each with a large Velux window just above the bed that offers mountain and sky views. One of the rooms has another TV. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet next to the hallway. In the loft, there is another room with two trundle beds (for 4 people in total) and Velux. In the dining room, inside the "closet" next to the refrigerator is the washing machine along with other services (iron, clothesline, cleaning elements...). The covered parking is accessed via remote control or key that we provide, and next to the plaza there is a private ski storage to store sports equipment or whatever is considered in winter. In the area you can do an infinite number of excursions and getaways, as well as practice climbing, fishing, hiking, thermalism (Caldes de Boí)... It has an almost intact natural environment, with a great variety of vegetation, native species, rivers, lakes and a very varied high mountain climate. Guest access All linens and towels are included in the price, clean and prepared according to the number of guests. We also include dishwasher capsules, cleaning products, salt, basic oil kit... In the parking lot, there is a private ski locker where sports equipment or whatever is needed can be stored. Other things to note You can check into the apartment on your own from 4 pm on the day of arrival, until the time that suits you. Talk to the host about the possibility of checking in in the morning. Upon arrival at the accommodation, the tourist tax must be paid: €1/person over 17 years old/night, with a maximum of 7 nights. Via Bizum or cash.
