Smart Lock System: Our smart lock system makes check-in seamless and convenient—simply use the provided door code to access the property. NO SMOKING: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A violation of this policy will result in an additional $200 fee on top of the standard cleaning charges. Pool: Pool heating is optional and available for $35 per day, with a minimum charge of 3 days. To ensure the pool is warm and ready upon your arrival, we recommend paying the pool heating fee at least 24 hours in advance. If the heater activation is requested with less than 24 hours’ notice, an additional $35 service fee will apply. Grill: The grill is a Propane Gas Grill. It is $150 throughout the stay. Pets fee: Pets are welcome! A $200 fee per pet applies for the entire stay to cover the additional time and specialized cleaning required to thoroughly sanitize and eliminate any odors. Number of guests 12+ : After 12 guests, an additional fee of $45 per guest per night will apply. HOA Rules: The HOA enforces quiet hours and parking regulations. Guest vehicles must not block the entrance of neighboring homes. RVs, recreational vehicles, and commercial trucks (such as U-Haul) are not permitted. The gated community allows up to 3 vehicles per house. To access the community, you will need to enter the PIN code provided by your Airbnb host. We provide a limited supply of house essentials, including trash bags, toiletries, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent. We recommend stocking up on food, water, and other necessities before arriving at the resort. Vacation homes experience more wear and tear than residential properties, leading to frequent repairs and replacements. Replacements may differ slightly from the original listing images, but these changes are not intentional misrepresentations. While we aim to maintain functionality and address issues quickly, we are not responsible for minor inconveniences or small differences. For major replacements, the listing photos will be updated. Other things to note Driving directions: To open the entrance door at Crystal Cove Resort, enter the code provided after booking on the keypad. The door will unlock automatically. When you leave, simply close the door, and it will lock automatically. There is also a code for the gate. Please drive slowly to the gate and enter the code provided after your booking. The gate will open once the code is entered. QUIET HOURS: 9 PM - 8 AM. The community requests that all gatherings remain respectfully quiet and under control at all times, especially after 9 PM. Pool Heater: Pool heating is automatically set up prior to your arrival if it has been pre-paid. It will take about half an hour to warm up. NOTICE: The pool heater might take longer to warm up due to cold weather seasons! NOTICE: Things you need to bring or provide yourself: Our cleaning team will provide small hand soaps, the first roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and one large garbage bag before your check-in. Guests are responsible for additional supplies of these items, as well as shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, dish soap, detergent, paper towels, etc. BEFORE CHECKOUT: Guests are expected to leave the home in the same condition as when they checked in. Please ensure all dishes are cleaned and towels are washed before departure. A special fee of $45 will be charged if this is not done. Bed sheets and the most recently used towels can be left unwashed, and there is no need to make the beds before leaving. To avoid a $45 deposit deduction, please do not leave excessive garbage on the last day of your stay. Kindly take any excess garbage to the nearest dumpster before checking out.
