This comfortable and quiet apartment has all the comforts you need! It is on the second floor of an elegant and quiet building with an elevator. It consists of a very bright living room with a kitchen, a balcony, and two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Upon entering the building, you will find a small common area shared by two apartments, Sunrise and Sunset, both managed by me, where you will find games and books to enjoy moments of leisure, fun, and culture! The Sunrise apartment is the first front door, you enter the living room with kitchen, a super bright environment thanks to the large windows overlooking the balcony. From the living room, there are two doors leading to the bedrooms, both with a double bed and each with its own private bathroom with shower! Come and enjoy this unique experience! Guest access Guests have full exclusive access to the entire apartment! At check-in, by law, I will have to register all guests' documents on the website of the municipality of Rome. Other things to note If you need an early check-in, let me know in advance, I'm flexible and happy to help, consistent with previous reservations and checkout! I have made for you tourist guides with the details of the bars, restaurants and clubs that I like the most! The first is the San Paolo neighborhood, where the apartment is located, the other Trastevere, so that you can live both the neighborhood and the center of Rome as locals! The third guide collects the lesser known and completely free places that deserve to be visited, they are gems I've discovered over the years! Remember! Before you leave, don't forget to put a dot on the map of the World at the city where you come from! Registration Details IT058091B4QVNMEFFQ
