The space The property of about 100 square meters can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for both families and a group of friends as it is composed of: - large open space kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare any type of meal; - 3 bedrooms with standard double bed 160x190 cm, each with its own bathroom with shower; - large terrace surrounded by Mediterranean garden and a patio with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ; - 4x10 swimming pool, 1.50m deep with vineyard views; - ritual area with fire pit surrounded by large stones as seats; - Private parking on the property. Guest access The villa is sold exclusively to our guests, who will therefore enjoy total privacy and relaxation. Easily reachable are the airports of Brindisi (just 45km) and Bari (just 110km). Other things to note Casa Petra is just 4 km from Ceglie Messapica, a city of art and land of gastronomy. From here you can move around the Itria Valley where you can taste excellent local food in typical trattorias or have an experience in Michelin-starred restaurants.
