Keeping some of its original cottage feel and adding some renovations have provided our guests with a memorable stay. Whether you’re relaxing in the hot tub under the stars or enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool, the combination of original charm and modern comfort makes this cottage a perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape and unwind. Colder weather creates the perfect backdrop for an enchanting evening in the hot tub, where the steam rises gently against the crisp air. As you sink into the warm, bubbling water, you can feel the chill of the night fade away, leaving you enveloped in comfort. Our outdoor pool will be closed after September 29, 2024. We will open it again in June of 2025 (weather permitted). Opening date TBA **** Our BBQ will not be available for usage from December until April Even though the next door neighbor is far away but loud music and noise will echo very far. Please keep the music and noise lower for our neighbors. We have one bedroom (Queen bed) and a full bathroom on the Main Floor for guests with mobile difficulties. We have 5 bedrooms with 9 beds in total and 3.5 bathrooms to be shared. Our basement has 2 entertainment area. One is a sitting area to watch TV. Second area includes a Pool table, Ping Pong table for your gatherings. Our 2 dining areas are spacious enough to fit 14 guests all together. We have 2 large empty lands which is perfect for guests to bring their own dirt bike and/or ATV to ride. Please ride at your own risk. - 7 minutes from popular Hockley Valley Resort for skiing (winter), Spa and golf in the summer - 20 minutes to the famous and popular TPC Toronto Opsrey Valley Golf Course - 13 minutes to Island Lake Conservative Area which is really great for fishing bass, pike, bluegill and perch - 14 min from popular Mono Cliffs Provincial Park - 45 min from Airport - 3-5 minutes from Bruce Trail parking for hiking - 13 minutes to Cross Country Ski called Mono Nordic Ski Club **** Linens are provided for guests BUT please bring your own towels. You are welcomed to use our Dryer. However Washer machine is limited to be used to save our Septic system - Our cottage water supply in on WELLS. Please use our water sparingly. Water pressure will not be very strong. It will take few minutes for Hot Water to recuperate after access use - We are also on Septic system. Please do not flush anything accept toilet paper into the toilet. All guests must take quick bath and showers to avoid putting too much water into the Septic System. - 2 garbage bags per day is allowed to be left at the property for free. Extra garbage bags left at the cottage will be $10 per bag. - Absolutely no music is allowed in the backyard. Please bring your music inside the cottage - Absolutely no fireworks are allowed - The WiFi internet will not be as fast as the city. Please be patience with wifi internet.
