Welcome to our newly built loft apartment, idyllically located in the countryside next to a farm overlooking the imposing mountains and only a short drive to the city of Salzburg. The property is ideal for travelers and families, ideal starting point for excursions to the Salzkammergut, Bavaria or the Alps for cycling and hiking. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), free parking is available on the property. The space The property is located about 2.5 km above the town center in Anthering near Salzburg. Shops serving everyday needs are approx. 5 minutes away by car, public transport is 2.5 km away (Anthering town center, Elixhausen Ursprung/HBLA) - we recommend traveling by car (no walking distance). Note: The apartment is suitable for max. 3 people. Unregistered guests are not allowed. What to expect * An open living-dining room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, small fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). * Living area with flat-screen TV and a pull-out sofa bed. * In the bedroom you will find a comfortable king-size double bed as well as the possibility for an extra bed (possibility for travel crib for small children under 2 years on request). * The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, separate toilet and washing machine. * Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Access is via a common, separate staircase, the apartment is on the 3rd floor (without an elevator). Other things to note We recommend arriving by car (public transport is about 2.5 km away). From the house you can reach shops serving everyday needs, restaurants, the public outdoor pool Anthering in approx. 5 minutes, swimming lakes in 15 minutes and the city of Salzburg in about 20 minutes.
