We are within walking distance to Playa Conchal, and within a short driving distance to all the the major beaches and popular restaurants. Complimentary bike, kayak, cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards. If this villa is occupied, take a look at the BLUE VILLA, it's for more people but we can match the price! The space As you step into the Red Villa, you will appreciate a beautiful roofed teak deck. Relax on a hammock while enjoying your own small tropical garden. There is comfortable seating, a table for four, and BBQ grill. Inside you will find a comfortable queen size bed and a futon sofa bed than can accommodate a child . The Red Villa is an air conditioned unit. It is equipped with a standard kitchen, refrigerator, cable TV and its own private bathroom and Jacuzzi. Washer and dryer are at our facility laundry room, first service is free; $15 big load, $10 small load. Guest access There's a swimming pool area with a Jacuzzi outside within short walking distance. You can also walk to a nearby restaurant with a beautiful ocean view. We are 15 minutes away from the closest town and groceries, we recommend to please stop by for goods before arriving. Other things to note The pool is shared with three other villas. There is parking within the property. Daily cleaning, staff of 2 lives at other location on the same property. Different pricing for full week on holy week and new year's week. Closest beach (west point of Playa Conchal) is a 10-15 minute walk Closest super market is in Matapalo which is 15 minutes away in car, we recommend stopping for groceries before coming. Laundry service is $10 medium load, $15 big load
