The lift provides easy access between floors. The first floor has an office, swimming pool, gym and sauna. This floor includes two bathrooms and a changing room for the pool with extra towels provided. The second floor includes an open plan dining room, kitchen, living room with TV, one bedroom, two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the pool area. The third floor has three bedrooms. All three bedrooms feature king size beds, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with freestanding showers. The hallway overlooks the dining room for a bird's eye view of the home. The rooftop has plenty of space to sit and relax and includes a barbecue grill. High speed wi-fi and air conditioning are available in the entire building.
