The space We're a Canadian couple who moved to Nicaragua in 2016 and bought a house on one of our favourite beaches: El Transito! Now we live in paradise and we want to share it with travellers from around the world. Our home features two bedrooms, each with their own clean, private en suite bathrooms and wi-fi! Your bedroom features a super comfy queen-sized bed, custom-made cedar furniture and top-quality linens and towels. Your room has three windows with bug screens, so you can enjoy the cool ocean breeze. There is also air conditioning available for an extra $7US per night. Cool off in our splash pool, just steps from your room! The house has a separate, shared, well-equipped kitchen We'll be here when you visit and the common areas are shared with us and guests from only 3 other rooms. There are lots of areas outside, including hammocks, loungers, rocking chairs and sun beds to enjoy the beautiful gardens and listen to the crashing waves nearby. Guest access Guests have their own private, locking room with a private bathroom. The living room and kitchen are shared with guests from the other room in the house. Outdoor lounge spaces, and the pool is shared with guests from the other 3 rooms. The property has lots of different seating options ensuring everyone has a tranquil place to relax and enjoy the space. Other things to note Surfboard rental is available nearby We have a very well-behaved dog, and 2 cats. We bet you'll love them all :) We can arrange a driver to our place from Managua Airport for $60US Please note, there is NO ATM in El Transito! Please plan accordingly.
