The space Our minimalistic, energy-efficient apartment, renovated in 2024, embodies modern living. It spans 50 sqm on the fifth floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is a one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed, while in the living room area one can find a second queen size bed as seen in the photos. Additionally, there is a comfortable 3 seater sofa in the living room area too. Enjoy the convenience of a private terrace with a table, offering Acropolis and city views, perfect for savoring your meals, coffee, or a glass of wine. Reach the 4th floor with the elevator and then one flight of stairs to the 5th floor. Additionally, guests have access to a shared laundry area in the building, available daily between 09:00 and 16:00 upon request, completely free of charge. Reach the rooftop terrace on the 6th floor by taking the elevator to the 4th floor and then walking up two flights of stairs. The Rooftop Terrace is open until 23:30 For your safety, security cameras are installed in the common areas of the building. Namely, the main entrance of the building, the common rooftop terrace, the co-working space and the staircases No smoking inside the property and the building is allowed. Smoking is allowed only at the outdoor areas like the balcony and the rooftoop No pets No extra guests other than the specified ones are allowed in the property No parties BATHROOM - PLEASE do not throw toilet paper in the toilet! There is a small garbage bin next to the toilet where you can throw the toilet paper/tissue. Sealed plastic bags are provided. Just to note that this is a common practice all over Greece, due to the design of the sewage system here, and it is not specific to our property. AIR CONDITIONING - Before switching on the A/C, make sure all window frames are closed. The A/C temperature can be adjusted by the white controller found in the apartment.
