This fantastic property offers a bright and spacious lounge area with dining area for five guests and beautiful sea views. The townhouse consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor we find the master bedroom equipped with a king size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink. The other three bedrooms are located on the top floor; a bedroom with a king size bed (150x200) and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink and two more bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds in each. There is a family bathroom on the top level with bath and over-head, WC and hand-basin. An additional toilet for guests is also available on the ground floor next to the living room. The kitchen in this house is fully equipped and provides all you need for your holidays. The property also provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection and the TV provides international streaming channels (including Sky) plus films and series. The terrace has amazing direct views to the sea and the local beach, less than a three minute walk from the property and a dining area with seating for eight guests. A small charcoal BBQ is also available for your use. The large community swimming pool is only a short five minute walk from the house. We would recommend a car but for those who love to walk you could reach Estepona port in about 30 minutes, communal parking is available just outside the house. Within walking distance there is also a Burger King, two supermarkets and there is a bus stop right in front of this community.
