We can provide you with all kind of services such as privat chef, luxury car rental (Bugatti, Ferrari, Bentley, etc.), driver, shuttle service etc. on request. RENTAL CONDITIONS In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights. One-night stay is possible with a 50% surcharge and prior approval. Our villa is the perfect place for creative projects. Photo and video shoots are possible on request (!!!). A surcharge of 30% on the total booking will be applied for public holidays. We reserve the right to set special conditions regarding prices, minimum duration, and occupancy for peak dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, major trade fairs, etc. These may differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated upon request. We hope for your understanding. The property is monitored externally by video (only the entrances to the house). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated. Please inform your group accordingly. The number of guests indicated at the time of booking is the confirmed number used by us for calculation purposes. If the number of arriving guests exceeds the original number, we ask for an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.
