It has one bedroom with a Queen bed, a large loft with a King bed and One bathroom. It is also one of the rare buildings to have an elevator, so you can save your energy for the cobblestone streets of Old San Juan. The space This charming 1 bedroom, 1 loft, 1 bathroom apartment is located just a few streets from the cruise port of Old San Juan. The living room has 2 beautiful historic doors that lead to an oversized balcony overlooking the famous Calle de la Fortaleza. Calle de la Fortaleza is one of the most iconic streets in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Known for its vibrant energy and rich history, and the governor's mansion. The spacious loft has a King-sized bed with a plush Casper mattress and a privacy screen for changing. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked for when you tire from eating at all the amazing restaurants within walking distance. Guest access Our building is located in the historic colonial area of Old San Juan, therefore there is no parking on the premises. There are several parking garages within walking distance of the apartment. Other things to note In Puerto Rico, power outages can occasionally occur due to the island’s unique infrastructure and tropical climate. While the electricity may go out briefly from time to time, it’s part of the charm and rhythm of island life. Rest assured, we’ve provided battery-powered lights and other essentials to ensure you stay comfortable during any interruptions. Old San Juan’s buildings carry the charm and character of centuries-old history, including their thick, colonial-era walls designed to endure the tropical climate. Occasionally, you might notice a faint damp or musty aroma, a reminder of the area’s rich heritage and proximity to the sea. We ensure the space is clean and well-maintained, and this natural characteristic adds to the authenticity of staying in such a historic and unique location. It’s all part of the timeless Old San Juan experience! This property is not appropriate for children under 15. We are unable to accommodate children in this property due to the balcony's design. While it offers stunning views and adds to the charm of the apartment, its layout is not suitable for little ones.
