The parking space size is 2500mm in width, 2700mm in height, and 5600mm in length. It can accommodate a Toyota Alphard. 4 bedrooms, max. 16 guests There are 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a single futon set, so you can have your own private space. The space 【Layout】 - This is a 103㎡ 4LDK layout. The first to third floors are connected by indoor stairs. - The first floor includes one bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, and a washer-dryer. - The second floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, shower room, toilet, and balcony. - The third floor features three bedrooms and a toilet. 【Equipment】 - Slippers are provided for your use. - The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a rice cooker and microwave, along with all necessary cooking utensils and household electronics. It is also well-suited for long-term stays, with a washer-dryer and refrigerator available. 【First Floor – Bedroom】 - Equipped with two double beds. - Air conditioning is provided. 【First Floor – Bathroom】 - Includes a bathroom with a bathtub. - The automatic water heater allows you to get hot water at the push of a button. - A washing machine, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are available. - Features a standalone sink. - A hairdryer is provided for your use. 【First Floor – Toilet】 - The toilet is equipped with a washlet and heated seat function. 【Second Floor – Living Room】 - Features a sofa that converts into a sofa bed. A futon set for the sofa bed is available. - A TV is provided for your enjoyment. - Air conditioning is available. 【Second Floor – Dining Area】 - Includes a dining table set for six people. Please use it as a gathering or dining space. - Shares the same air conditioning as the living room. 【Second Floor – Kitchen】 - Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and electric kettle for your convenience. - General tableware and cooking utensils, including those for children, are also available. - Shares the same air conditioning as the living and dining areas. 【Second Floor – Shower Room】 - Includes a shower room. - The automatic water heater allows you to get hot water at the push of a button. 【Second Floor – Toilet】 - The toilet is equipped with a washlet and heated seat function. 【Third Floor – Bedroom A】 - Equipped with two double beds. - Air conditioning is provided. 【Third Floor – Bedroom B】 - Equipped with one double bed. - Includes one single futon set. - Air conditioning is provided. 【Third Floor – Bedroom C】 - Equipped with one double bed. - Air conditioning is provided. 【Third Floor – Toilet】 - The toilet is equipped with a washlet and heated seat function. 【Smoking Area】 - A designated smoking area is available on the second-floor balcony. Please smoke only in this area. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. We appreciate your cooperation. 【Amenities】 - Face towels and bath towels will be provided for each guest. - Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available for your use. - Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided for your convenience. Guest access This facility is reserved for private use, so please feel free to use all rooms and equipment. Other things to note [Early Check-In] The standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but early check-in may be possible from 3:00 PM if cleaning has been completed. If cleaning is still in progress, we kindly ask for your patience as entry to the room will not be allowed. You may leave your luggage in the entrance area, but please keep all valuables with you. [Luggage Storage Before Check-In] You may store your luggage in the entrance area after 12:00 PM on the day of check-in. Please ensure that all valuables remain with you. Please note that the nearest station, Keisei Horikiri-Shobuen Station, does not have coin lockers. [Late Check-Out] Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and we are unable to offer late check-outs due to cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If check-out is delayed, a fee of 1,000 yen per 30 minutes will apply to cover the cleaning staff’s waiting time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. [Luggage Storage After Check-Out] Unfortunately, we cannot provide luggage storage after check-out due to the preparation required for the next guests. Additionally, Keisei Horikiri-Shobuen Station does not offer coin lockers. Thank you for your understanding. [Other notes] The house next door is a regular residence. Please pay special attention to the following points. ・Noisy activities such as parties in the room are strictly prohibited. ・Please take off your shoes when entering the room. ・No smoking indoors. Smoking outside of smoking areas is strictly prohibited. Also, please note that if you make a reservation with more than the number of guests or a false number of people, you will be charged a penalty of 5,000 yen for each person who exceeded the number of guests or falsely stated the number of guests. In addition, if the equipment in the room is damaged, we will charge you the price of an equivalent new item as compensation. Thank you for your understanding.
