Ski in/Ski out Updated Studio

Sensational studio at a prime location in Breckenridge. Recently updated and has a full kitchen, double vanity, shower/tub separated by a door for ultimate convenience. Located at the base of peak 9 with an indoor/outdoor pool, several hot tubs, sauna, steam room, game room, workout room, and 18 person movie theater. No need for a car when you book this one, great restaurants are steps away. Just walk out the door and onto the Quicksilver chair! The space This studio is approximately 400 square feet and located at Village at Breckenridge in Peak 9 Inn. The unit has a queen bed with a double pull out sofa. There is a closet to hang your clothes and built in shelving in the bathroom and wall next to the bed. In the closet you will find a fan, space heater, and a humidifier (it is dry here). Extra blankets can be found in the ottoman. Currently there is no ski locker for the unit. One parking space is available in the garage for an additional fee ($15 - $50) per night depending on the season. Reservations are required ahead of time to retain the space. Payment for parking is taken prior to arrival through the host. There is overflow parking at the ice arena located at 0189 Boreas Pass Rd (3 minute car ride) for a fee. Overnight parking is allowed at this location. There is limited parking space in Breckenridge, please reach out for transportation options. The parking garage serves several buildings, look for the mint green walls and signs for Peak 9 Inn. Luggage carts are available at the overhead garage door as you enter. Summer Parking Fees May 1 2026 -- October 31, 2026-- $15 per night Guest access The Village at Breckenridge uses a digital key and guests must download the 'Village at Breckenridge' app to check in. Once checked in your phone will serve as your digital key and allow access to the pool, health club, other common areas and garage if you requested parking. The laundry is pay per use and located near the elevators. The quickest way to ski school and the lift is to exit the elevator on the 1st floor. Walk past the health club and pool, out the door and take a left. Other things to note The nightly parking rate varies ($15-$50) and is not charged at the time of booking. If you will need to park a vehicle in the garage I must make a separate reservation for your vehicle. Please advise at the time of booking if you will need a space. Parking is very limited in town. There are no locations that offer free parking. The front desk of the building is operated by Vail Resorts and they do not have any access or information regarding my unit. They will not be able to assist you, please call my cell phone which can be found in the arrival guide.
