Walking distance to forest trails, club amenities, 18-hole golf course, driving range, Short 9 and close to several great restaurants. Relax after a day of adventure to enjoy sunset from the deck or unwind fireside. The space This bright and clean condo boasts an open floor plan with views of Mt. Elden and the forested country club area. The master bedroom, with recently updated en-suite bathroom, is located on the ground floor. The loft-bedroom, with a half bath, is located above the main living room. Covered front entrance has a private walkway and the back deck is ideal for enjoying beautiful views. Upon entering the condo, you will find the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The master has vaulted ceiling, king size bed, lounge chair, smart TV, large dresser and closet. The bathroom has a full-sized shower, hairdryer and toiletries. A short set of stairs leads you to the main floor with high vaulted ceilings and open layout. Dining area seats six. The living room has a smart TV, dedicated workspace, fireplace and a comfortable sectional that pulls out to a queen sized bed with additional space for lounging while the bed is open. Family-friendly games are available. The kitchen, with a counter area dining space, is stocked with cookware, blender, coffee pot, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. Stairs from the main room lead up to the loft bedroom that has a small closet, dresser, half bath and a European split king/two twin beds. Enjoy your morning coffee or an anytime meal on the balcony with a view of beautiful Mt. Elden and the surrounding country club area. Balcony is available at all times. When covered with snow, we will ensure it is cleared before your arrival. If it snows during your stay, feel free to use the snow shovel located in the downstairs hall closet. Cushions for the patio chairs are also located in the downstairs hall closet. Club amenities during entire stay are included for additional fee*: Gym Pool Hot tub Golf Tennis Pickleball Sauna Bear Paw family recreation center with minigolf, pools, snack bar and other activities. *$150 plus access card fees ($35 per adult and $15 per dependent under 21). Upon guest request, host will prearrange access permissions, then guest pays fees directly at the Clubhouse.
