This single-story, three-bedroom, one-bath retreat is tucked away on a charming street near N 5th and Douglass Avenue, complete with friendly neighbors and a welcoming front porch. Step inside to find a fully stocked kitchen that’s seen plenty of family feasts—feel free to unleash your inner chef! When it’s time to relax, head to the screened-in porch, where an outdoor sofa, ceiling fan, and twinkling fairy lights create the perfect space for an afternoon nap or evening chats. Out back, the fenced yard invites you to fire up the BBQ and gather around the firepit under a star-filled sky. You’re just a short stroll from All People Coffee Cafe or a five-minute walk from Forever More Coffee. Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire first floor completely to themselves—including the private, screened-in porch. A quiet and friendly renter lives on the second floor, with a separate entrance, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. The upstairs tenant does share access to the backyard and may occasionally pass through to reach the trash and recycling bins in the alley. Guests are welcome to use the shared basement, which comes equipped with a washer/dryer, squat rack, free weights, and exercise bike—perfect for a quick workout or catching up on laundry. With your own private space on the first floor and easy access to these extra amenities, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We can’t wait to host you!
