Located in a cul-de-sac in a peaceful leafy neighborhood, this space features a comfortable living room for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary adventures, NBN wifi and a clean bathroom with combined shower and bath. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the front balcony or unwind in the enclosed secure back patio. Somerville comprises of: • Single level home (1 step from the porch to the house) • Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating in the hallway to supply the house (plus portable fan, oil heater for smaller spaces) • Coat peg and shoe rack in the hallway to make you feel at home • Queen bedroom with fanlight, new memory foam pillows, pillow protectors, doona, built-in, bedside tables and lamps, office desk and chair • Double bedroom with fanlight, new memory foam pillows, pillow protectors, doona, bedside tables and lamp, mirror and hanging space • 3 in 1 Portacot (supplied at all times and no extra cost, located in the built in) • Living room with 55 inch Premium QLED Google TV, books, puzzles and games, Australian flower artwork, childrens table and two chairs, sofa • Enclosed balcony accessed by french doors from the living room with two chairs and small coffee table • Fully equipped kitchen with new fridge freezer, new Westinghouse dishwasher, new DeLonghi toaster, new DeLonghi Nespresso capsule coffee machine (espresso and lungo option), new Breville Airfryer Chef Plus, new sandwich press, new slow cooker, hand blender, new kitchen scales, new microwave, olive oil, salt and pepper, herbs and spices, tea, coffee • Dining table for 4 and highchair • Laptop stand for when you do need to WFH • Secure enclosed alfresco area accessed from the kitchen with outside seating and Weber BBQ • Outside laundry with bosch washing machine, laundry powder/liquid, washing line and clothes horse (outside games also stored in the laundry) • Bathroom with combined bath and shower, Bosistos hand soap and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (quality brand and changed regularly) • Cotton towels, bathmat, linens, blankets, tea towels, dog towel, dog wipes included (please BYO beach towels) Bike/Motorbike/Scooter parking: • You are able to park on the property for free and unrestricted. Car parking: • Street parking (usually space outside the house). • Free and unrestricted on a weekend. • Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6pm, parking is free and limited to 2 hour slots. • Unrestricted and free parking may be found on the Norton Street stretch between Lion Street and Milton Street. STRA Registration: PID-STRA-74510 Guest access Guests have full access to the house except for the the 3rd bedroom upstairs (off-limits). Please note: Guests will have private access to the house. Other things to note Dog Friendly We understand how important your fury loved one is to you and we are dog friendly. We just ask that your dogs flea treatment is up to date, kept off all furniture (incl. beds) and not left unattended at the property. We supply a dog water bowl and for those wet weather days, we supply pet wipes and dog towel. Please enquire with us first if you would like to bring along your dog. (For longer stays, if you have another type of pet, drop us a message and we will see what's possible). Parking, Public Transport Access, Airport Free and unlimited parking is available outside on the street from 4pm Friday until 10.30am Monday. At other times, parking is free for 2 hours between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm. Alternatively, there is unrestricted parking 2mins away (subject to availability). Less than a 1 min walk is a bus stop. Ashfield train station is a 12 min walk (1.2km). We are also less than 30 mins from the airport by taxi/uber. Garden* The front garden area is scheduled for landscaping in early 2026. There is some grass and the pathway to the house is uneven in parts. Bathroom* The bathroom is scheduled for renovation in early 2026. There is some tile paint that has peeled away from the floor and side of the bath.
