Small studio - Metro stop at 350m

SEASONAL RENTAL ACCOMMODATION, NO TOURIST BOOKINGS ACCEPTED. Our 22m2 studio is located on the southern outskirts of Madrid, in the Moscardó neighborhood. We are about 30 minutes by transport from the tourist center (Sol), with Metro Usera 350m, Almendrales 750m and bus 23 350m. You will have the Manzanares River 550m away, the Plaza Río 2 Shopping Center 350m away and the Matadero 10 minutes away by bus. Also, we are 15 minutes by car from the Airport :) The space The house is on the ground floor, you won't have to climb stairs. As you can see in the photos, it is a small studio with an open space composed of: - a rest area that has 2 single beds of 90x190, a small desk, a closet and TV * a kitchenette * A folding table with two folding chairs * A bathroom with shower Please note: -It does not have a sofa as such -This is an apartment with an exterior orientation at street level, it can be noisy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Towels and bedding are included based on the number of people in the reservation. Complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions. The house has air conditioning through a split device with a cold/heat pump. In addition, you will have a portable electric radiator at your disposal. Hot water works through an 80-liter electric water heater: once it is used up, just wait for the water heater to fill up again. Parking in the area is limited and is paid: there are blue and green areas. You can park for free outside the neighborhood, but it can be difficult to find a place to park. If you don't have data when you arrive, you can download it beforehand.
