Welcome to our 300 m2 villa dating from August 2024 in a closed and secure residence, with optional heated swimming pool, only 15 minutes from the center of Marrakech and less than 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Jemaa el Fna Square with a view of the snow-covered ridges of the High Atlas. Located on the extension of Boulevard Mohamed VI on the road to ourika in the Oliveraie d 'Akenza, this villa with its swimming pool and garden completely private and with its 3 bedrooms. The space This villa consists of: A master suite with a king size bed 180x200 with its dressing room and bathroom as well as its private terrace. A 2nd bedroom with a double bed 160x200. A 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200. A second bathroom with shower upstairs as well as 3 toilets. The living room has a double living room that can accommodate extra people as well as a large dining table for 8 people. The separate fully furnished and equipped kitchen (gas hob- oven-fridge-dishwasher and washing machine) . A beautiful garden and its large Bali stone pool also fully equipped (sun loungers-dining table for 8 people).2 Surveillance cameras only at the entrance of the villa at the main entrance door. Pool option (October to May ) The pool has a heat pump to heat the pool. We must be notified at least 72 hours before to set up the pool temperature on arrival between 26 and 27 degrees The extra charge is €30/day. The pool is not overlooked Outdoor parking in front of the villa and possibility of bringing a vehicle into the yard. You must enter the exact number of residents during the stay in the accommodation, copies of passports may be requested to access the residence safely. Any additional guests must be declared to the host. IMPORTANT: We would like to inform our dear customers that: - For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at check-in. - Guests are strictly forbidden from bringing or consuming illegal substances within the accommodation or residence. - Sex tourism is strictly forbidden under penalty of immediate eviction and prosecution. - You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighbourhood (quiet hours between 8pm and 8am) and to respect local customs and mores. Parties and other events are not permitted. Other things to note The end of stay cleaning is charged in your reservation. Additional cleaning services are available from €20 per day.
