Other things to note Please remember you're staying in person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guest have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24-7. For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. *all guests must be 21+ except for children with parents. *2 people max. We charge per guest; please have accurate guest count. *There is camera above the front door and the garage in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. *No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
