The space The house has an extensively equipped kitchen with high-quality kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, which make cooking a pleasure. The cozy fireplace room is both the living room and the "master bedroom" with a large king size bed where you can relax in the evening by the fireplace. In addition, fast Starlink Internet ensures the perfect connection, whether for work or leisure activities online. Outside you will find your own garden with cozy seating and a barbecue, ideal for social evenings in the fresh air. Free parking right next to the house ensures a comfortable arrival. Despite the rural idyll, the vacation home is well connected: a bus stop right outside the door allows you a quick and comfortable ride to Munich and surrounding cities. In just 15 minutes you can reach the wonderful Ammersee, in approx. 40 minutes to Lake Starnberg, and the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle is about an hour away. Lake Constance is 1.5 hours away and is an ideal destination for day trips.
