Dates by arrangement. The owner lives with her friendly dog in the main part of the apartment. The dog has no access to your area inside or outside the house. Attention Oktoberfest visitors: The subway takes you to Goetheplatz in just 7 minutes, from there it is only a few steps to the festival grounds. The entire house is equipped with fast Wi-Fi in a mesh network with download rates of at least 50 Mbit/s up to 250 Mbit/s from every location in the apartment. The house is open to children of all ages and offers numerous play opportunities, especially the playhouse in the garden. The playhouse can be climbed and accordingly there is a certain risk of accidents. Please always supervise accordingly! A baby travel cot can be provided upon request. Please inform us in good time, at least 24 hours before your arrival. For security reasons, the entrance area is monitored by a video camera. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Parties are not allowed. Of course, you can invite your friends or family and have a gathering of up to 15 people (sufficient dishes are available). Pets are not allowed in the apartment to protect those with animal hair allergies. Guest access This charming accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a large apartment of 350m² (3767 sq ft) of living space, offering you a unique living experience. Although your 130m² (1399 sq ft) apartment is part the whole house, to ensure your privacy, the owner's areas are temporarily closed off during your stay. During this time, the owner uses a separate side entrance, which is located near the entrance to your apartment. Since the apartment is also used privately when it is not rented out, some cupboards are marked as private and are not available for your use. The rental is carried out in the name and on account of the owner by the experienced holiday home agency Munich Vacation Rentals GmbH. This way you benefit from a professional service and a private ambience with a special charm. Of course, the rental is carried out in accordance with the legal requirements of the city of Munich for holiday apartments. The rental price includes 7% VAT.
