There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee. Be aware there is no fenced yard for your pet.
