The space This cozy Airbnb offers rustic elegance with modern comforts, including a private deck overlooking a pond, and scenic trails right up the road. As part of the charm of staying here, you may receive a visit from our friendly free-range chickens! They love to wander the property and might stop by to say hello. While they’re fun to watch, we kindly ask that you don’t feed them or let them inside the house. Guest access We want to ensure that all our guests have a peaceful and enjoyable stay while respecting the unique setting of this property. Guests are welcome to access the house and the surrounding area within a 40-foot radius of the home. However, please note that access into the pond and other areas beyond this boundary is not permitted. This helps us ensure safety and maintain the natural beauty of the property for everyone to enjoy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these guidelines during your stay! Other things to note The guest home shares a driveway with a neighboring home. We kindly ask that guests be mindful and respectful to others by driving slowly and parking in the designated area for our property. When viewing the pond, please note that no swimming, boating, etc is permitted. Lastly, the wood burner is for decoration purposes only.
