Ideal for families or groups! The space We would love to share our home with you! Our home is built above ground level so all of the entries are accessed by a set of stairs. Main Level: Primary bedroom with attached full bathroom: King bed and a walk-in closet that can fit a pack-n-play. Office space: Desk with a TV and a full sleeper sofa. Half bathroom is located next to the kitchen. Bunk room: Full over queen bunk bed, twin over twin bunk bed, and full sleeper sofa. Full bathroom is attached. There is also a TV with a Playstation 5 and a foosball table. Second Story: Bedroom #3: King bed Bedroom #4: King bed Bathroom #4: Full bathroom shared by bedrooms #3 and #4. Bedroom #5: King bed Bedroom #6: Twin bunk beds with a trundle twin. Bathroom #5: Full bathroom shared by bedrooms #5 and #6. Outdoor Space: Bathroom #6 accessed from the pool area. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Swimming pool: The pool has the option of being heated for a small fee. Message us for more details. BBQ grill, ping pong table, outdoor seating with TV, and putting green to keep your golf game sharp. Beach Access: Our home is only 1.5 blocks from the beach. This beach is a tide beach, meaning that at certain times of the day when the tide is in, it may be underwater. When this is the case, our family will use the 6th or 11th Street beach accesses. They are a little over .5 miles away. 6th Street has parking for golf carts and a few cars. Our home is only 3 blocks from the pier and 4 blocks from the lighthouse. It is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on the south end of the island. Other things to note We have a brand new 6-seater electric golf cart for rent to guests of our home. St. Simons Island is very golf cart friendly and you are able to access most parts of the island with one. It is one of our favorite family activities to cruise around town with it. The fee is $100 per night of your stay. We are a pet friendly home. We allow up to 2 dogs (sorry, no cats) for a small fee. Please indicate that you plan on bringing your dog when you book so we can plan accordingly. If your plans change and you decide later to bring them, just let us know. Some of our guests have allergies and we take extra steps when cleaning to ensure they are comfortable in our home. Thank you.
