This cozy, post-and-beam home blends A-frame charm with modern comforts: 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a private beach, indoor/outdoor spaces, work nooks, a gym, laundry, and even a dog wash. Spend your days kayaking, swimming, or curled up by the fire. It’s a place to slow down, soak it in, and make memories that last. The space Guests will enjoy a spacious open floor plan featuring expansive lake views, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, and a cozy living area with a gas fireplace. The master suite boasts a king bed, ensuite bath, and window seat overlooking the water. Additional bedrooms include a second-floor queen with a clawfoot tub ensuite, a first-floor queen near a shared bath, and a basement room with twin beds. The outdoor spaces are perfect for family gatherings and activities, with a large covered porch for dining, a dock for boating or sunbathing, sandy beaches, and plenty of water toys like kayaks, paddleboards, and a swim mat. A campfire area, gas grill, and comfortable outdoor seating make evenings unforgettable. LoonsNest also caters to extended stays and workations, featuring two private office spaces, a workout area, full laundry facilities, and even a dog wash station. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, as well as, a private lakefront with a private dock, a deck for enjoying the beautiful lake, and a mix of kayaks, paddleboards, swim floats and a swim mat. Other things to note Pet Fee: We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the fee is $50 per dog. The platform will allow for you to add one to the reservation and then I will need to add the fee manually for the second pet—please make sure you get prior approval for a second pet. The Lake: The house is about 80 feet from the water. The water at the end of the dock is about four feet deep and there is a ladder. There is also a beach area to the left of the dock that is perfect for pups and kids of all ages. You can launch the kayaks right from there!
