The three-storey 150 m2 apartment has a sauna that is always heated. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The equipment also includes mechanical ventilation, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board in the utility room furniture, an arm vacuum cleaner and a regular vacuum cleaner, and a hairdryer. On the middle floor there are two separate dining areas, a bedroom with a 160cm double bed. The open loft upstairs has a 160cm double bed, two 80cm single beds, a bathroom and a toilet. On the ground floor there is a second toilet, sauna, two showers, utility room and a bedroom with two 80cm single beds. On the ground floor there is a flat-screen TV and a fireplace to create a cosy atmosphere. The high and open living room space brings a lot of natural light and space to the apartment. The living room has two sofas, a coffee table, 2 chests of drawers, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. As well as the whole apartment, on the lake side there is a 10 m wide glass railed terrace with stunning views of the courtyard and Lake Syväri. On the terrace facing the lake there is a seating area and a barbecue during the summer. Location: Tahko, Syväri lake, 1.9 km to centre of Tahko. Only 150m from the lake where you can ski, snowmobile, take a walk with dog or even ice fishing. Rules: Main bookers age limit 20 years old. No smoking inside.
