Vibrant, fun house to relax, splash in the pool, or play various games with the family, including a retro sit-down arcade game! It is located on the coveted 500 block of Naples Park. A mile to the beach for a quick bike ride or walk. Many amenities to make you comfortable: Wifi, TVs throughout the home, gas grill, and a great patio. The house has five beds and a futon to accommodate a large group. Fully stocked kitchen to cook! Extra Charges/Stipulations Pets Pool Heat Propane (if using grill) The space Home can sleep 10; but more comfortably 8. Primary Bedroom King bed, with a walk in closet, desk, dresser, television and en suite bathroom, with a shower. Sleeps 2 Guest Room 1 2 Full/Double beds, side by side, closet, dresser and television. Sleeps 4 Guest Room 2 Double bed, pull out single trundle bed underneath and a futon. Sleeps 4 Guest Bath Full bathroom with bath/shower combo Open game room area in corner of family room and dining room also includes a velvet cot/daybed for resting. Kitchen has a bar countertop with 4 barstools. Kitchen is stocked for cooking. Open dining space includes an oversized marble dining table and seating for 8, with more seating at the counter/bar right next to it. Game room includes, small daybed, sit down retro style arcade system, classic games on the wall that double as art work. Family room has an oversized Restoration Hardware couch, coffee table, 2 large chairs and television Laundry room has a full size front loader washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and a few essentials. Screened in Back yard patio includes outdoor lounge seating, small dining table, television, large cooler and gas grill. Pool area is fully screened. There are 2 poolside loungers, an umbrella and pool accessories, such as floats/balls etc. Single car garage space is stocked with beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys etc. Some of the Little Extras: Keurig and Coffee Pot Toaster and Blender Stocked Kitchen Pack N Play Crib, sheets and blanket High chair Built in bookcase with games, puzzles, books (children-adult) and a few toys.
