Five bedrooms come with a king size beds (180x200) One bedrooms offers a Queen Size (150x200) Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms One bathroom is to with two bedrooms (shared) One powder room is to find off the living room LIVING AREAS: Open-plan ground floor living area with 2 oversized sofas, a TV, ceiling fan, and enclosed air-conditioned living room. Indoor dining area includes a long rectangular dining table and kitchen bar seating for 8 to 12 guests. POOL: Private pool with dimensions of 10m length, 3m width, and maximum depth of 170cm. ENTERTAINMENT: Flat-screen satellite TV offering local and international channels. Speaker system with Bluetooth and cable options. SPA / FITNESS: Massage, spa services, and yoga sessions available upon request for an additional charge. LOCATION NOTE: Due to its prime location in lively Canggu, please note that noise levels can be higher. Other things to note Bali’s Wildlife: Bali is a tropical island home to diverse wildlife, including monkeys, shrews, lizards, birds, and rich marine life. These animals contribute to the island’s natural charm and ecosystem. Encounters with wildlife are normal and do not qualify for refunds. Support for Local Laundry Services: We proudly support local Balinese service providers and have partnered with excellent laundry services for many years. Using in-house washing machines would significantly reduce their livelihood. For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer complimentary laundry vouchers (2 kg per day). Rainy Season Conditions: From December to April, Bali’s rainy season may create muddy surroundings and other natural effects around the villa—just as it does for all properties in Canggu. These seasonal conditions are beyond our control and are not valid grounds for refunds. Villa Team Availability: In addition to preparing your breakfast, your private villa team is available from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM to assist with reservations, errands, or anything else you may need. We’re here to ensure your stay is comfortable and seamless. Noise Due to Central Location: Due to our prime central Canggu location, two of the six rooms may experience some street noise. Earplugs are provided for your comfort. Bedroom Layout & Stairs: Five of the six bedrooms are located on the first floor and accessible via a staircase (see photos). If you are uncomfortable using stairs or concerned about children using them, please contact us—we can recommend alternative, stair-free villas within the same area. Also, one larger bathroom with a walk‑in shower, 2 sinks and toilet is shared between two adjoining bedrooms (Jack‑and‑Jill layout). The villa’s layout and staircase use are not valid reasons for refund requests. We also kindly ask for your support in conserving energy: Please turn off your air conditioner when leaving your room for the day. This small habit helps reduce our carbon footprint and supports our sustainability efforts. Visiting Guests & Valuables If you have guests visiting you at the villa, please note that neither the villa team nor the host can be held responsible for any loss, misplacement, or theft of personal items.
