The space The track from the village of Sant’ Andrea di Compito to the farmhouse is approximately 400m long, very uneven and narrow and we advise all guests to hire a car no larger than a Dacia Duster or similar. The width at its narrowest is 2.0M. Other things to note Included in the rental price: -Bed linen and towels (initial set) -Extra change of bed linen and towels is available on request for €20 per bedroom. Starting from April 1st, 2026, the Municipality of Capannori has introduced a tourist tax for visitors staying in accommodation facilities within the area. The tax amounts to €2.00 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights in the same accommodation. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from payment.
