Our Luoston Tähti cottage is spacious, bright and equipped with several amenities, making it a great choice for a larger family or group. The cottage offers accommodation for up to 8 people (additional people possible). The cottage has, among other things, 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets. The nature of Luosto is beautiful and unique. The cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Orresoka, but still close to the services of Luosto (2.5 km). The illuminated ski trail is accessible directly from the cottage yard. The space The main minimum rental period for the property is 1 week, but outside the season, shorter 4-6 day bookings are also possible. As a rule, the changeover day for a weekly rental is Friday. During the hottest season, the changeover day is always Friday. Rentals shorter than a week can be scheduled to start on what day. No rentals under 4 days! The cottage is spacious, spacious, and cozy. The cottage is on two levels and is 126 square meters in size. Downstairs has a spacious open living room/kitchen (with refrigerator/freezer, ceramic stove, convection oven, coffee maker and kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, TV, radio, two armchairs), bedroom (double bed/2 separate beds), hallway, toilet, utility room (washer, drying cabinet, iron and ironing board), bathroom (toilet) and sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), a toilet, and a spacious lobby (with a sofa bed, a separate bed, a TV, two armchairs). The cottage has two extra mattresses (suitable for children) and the upstairs sofa bed is 120cm wide, so as agreed, the cottage can sleep up to 11 people. For small children, there is a travel crib, a high chair, a potty, a ring of the children's toilet, a booster, and safety gates at both ends of the stairs. In addition, there are toys, books, and games for children. There is a carport and warehouse where you can store mountain bikes in the summer and skis (and also service them) in the winter. The warehouse also has free-use snowshoes, kicksled, sleds, snow shovels, etc. The cottage has functional wifi, so it's convenient to work remotely. The tenant will bring their own sheets and towels or buy a service when booking. Sheets and towels €20/person (put in the bed itself) or €30/person (ready for bed). Charging for electric cars! There is now a brand new 11kW charging station in the carport with a fixed Type 2 cable. Charging is included in the price for a weekly rent. The storage and dog fence attached to the cottage are not used by the tenants. The cottage is great for people with allergies, as pets have never been indoors!
