Also have access to 8th floor where common facilities such as Gym, Swimming Pool, Children Play Room, Sauna, etc are located. Also have access to ground floor where currently Salon, Laundromat, Cafe and Restaurant, mini mart (many shops to come) available. Restaurant named "wild dish" is at the Level 1 of the Complex. This is the only restaurant available in Sri Lanka the owner had passed 10 million subscribers in his wild cook YOU TUBE channel. Other things to note WIFI Fiber connection 100mbps upload, 50mbps download Main Hall An air conditioner and two fans available. Remote controller of the AC is on the coffee table with the Sofa. 2-way power switch for lights is available one at the entrance to the hall and the other at the entrance to the rooms. Balcony switches and rest of switches for lights are all located inside the hall. Sufficient wall sockets are available. House Manual Master Bed Room This is equipped with an Air-conditioner and a fan. Remote for the AC unit is on the bedside cupboard. Power switches such as lights for the bedroom, Lights for the bathroom and water Geyser for the master bathroom is fixed on the wall at the same location. Please allow 5-10 minutes to heat up water before use. Please switch-off once you come out from the bathroom. Regulator of the fan is located above the bedside cupboard. 2 Windows available for the room and one for the bathroom. 2way switches available at the entrance of the room and above bedside cupboard on the right side. Master Bathroom It has an electric outlet only for Shavers. Please don’t plug-in any other Electrical Devices such as hairdryer, hair straightener, etc. To have a bath open the shower tap then water comes from the hand shower. Please sightly pull the silver Knob located with the shower tap then water comes from the bath shower on the top. Air Conditioners' outer units are located just next to the Master bathroom outside the window. Bed Room-2 This is equipped with an Air-conditioner and a fan. Remote for the AC unit is on the bedside cupboard. Power switches such as lights for the bedroom, regulator for the fan are located inside the room. 2 windows available to have fresh air if needed. Bathroom-2 It has standard fittings with a shower cubicle. Power switches for inside lights and water Geyser is located on the wall just outside of the bathroom. Please allow 5-10 minutes to heat up water before use. Please switch-off once you come out from the bathroom. Refrigerator Power connection is already given and it is in working. If required you can change the temperature by using the digital panel located on the door. Hair Dryer (Inside Bedroom 2) Hair dryer is available inside the drawer of the bedside cupboard. Required power socket is available on the wall plug itself for you to plug the two-pin wire of the dryer. Microwave Oven Switch for the oven is located on the right side below the hanging cupboard. Switch is properly Labeled. Location - Few other wall sockets and the Gas switch are along with this switch. Hob (Gas Cooker) Please push the green colour knob of the Gas Switch to turn it to Red Colour. Allow few seconds and turn on Cooker knobs to the left side. A Stove is located with a power supply to switch on lights. Please slightly pull the tray to operate. Built in Oven Power supply already given just needs to operate for grilling purposes. Washer and Dryer Power already given. Just need to operate. User manual is located inside the drawer of Credenza. Heater of Pantry Sink If you need hot water for dish washing, please switch-on the power switch of the small Geyser which is located left side below the hanging cupboard. It is already labeled so you can find it easily. The geyser is located at the bottom of the Sink. TV and WIFI 55" smart television is available with social media channels, Netflix, Prime etc. Guest need to have their own Account to watch Netflix and Prime. YouTube can be watched as guest or with own account. Unlimited Data available to watch above Channels. A remote controller available for the TV. Intercom Telephone This is for internal purposes only. Numbers of management service units are available near the phone. Please inform the Host about your needs before calling them. Disposal of Garbage Please remove your daily garbage and put them in the Bins of Garbage Room located on the same floor 10-15 walking steps. Sufficient bags and two Bins available for Food waste and other waste separately. Appreciate your corporation on this matter to avoid bad odor inside the apartment. Management expect you to dispose only food waste directly through Chute located in the garbage room. A simple operational manual is available on the top of Chute. Ironing Cloths Iron is kept inside the drawer of TV cabinet/cupboard. Ironing table is inside small electrical closet located before second bathroom. Extension Power Code- Available inside the TV Cupboard. If power code of Iron is not sufficient, this could be used. Bedroom Keys There is manual locking system inside bedrooms. Also there are keys inside the Drawer of Credenza table if you need to lock from outside. First Aid Box It is on the Refrigerator.
