Welcome to our home. A spacious newly renovated basement apartment of 85m2 in a villa with plenty of room for 6 people with its own Jacuzzi and entrance at the back of the house in a very quiet villa area. Ulricehamn is truly a mecca for sports lovers. Our villa is centrally located with close proximity to most things. Light a fire and unwind, play a game of chess while the pot is simmering. In the summer, you can sit on the patio and you have a large gas grill. The space Open plan hall-living room - fully-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for cooking with socializing. Warm and cozy in the winter with underfloor heating throughout the apartment and very cool in the summer. Coffee and tea are available and we offer it. The sofa is a sofa bed and in it you will find extra duvets, pillows and blankets. There is also a travel bed for the little ones if needed. Large TV with Chromecast. There are two large bedrooms with incredibly comfortable Queen-size double beds. In one room, there is a desk for those who may need to sit for a while at their computer in peace and quiet. In each bedroom, you have access to a large closet. Connected to the bedrooms, you will find the bathroom. In each double bed 160X200, there are 2 duvets and 4 pillows. In the closet in each room, you will find 2 hotel pillows 90x50 and a double duvet for those who wish. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels are not included but can be purchased for 20Euro. There is also a spa bath/Jacuzzi that belongs to the apartment that can be used as much as you want, always heated. It is important that everyone showers before bathing. A wonderful way to end the day. You do the cleaning yourself at check-out. You will find all the cleaning equipment in the laundry room. For everyone's comfort, it is important to leave the apartment in good condition so the next guest does not get any unpleasant surprises but can move in without problems. If you do not want to clean yourself, this service can be purchased for 50 Euro, please notify us of this at the latest at check-in. Pets are allowed. Guest access You will also have access to the house's laundry room. It's the only space you'll share with the host couple. Other things to note Worth knowing. The host couple has a big dog, he is curious and likes to greet. The host couple live upstairs and are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The whole house is also equipped with an alarm from Swedish security solutions that is directly connected to an alarm center. The smoke detector is also connected to the alarm. There is a camera for the alarm, it is located directly to the right of the entrance door when you enter. It only sends a picture if the burglar or fire alarm is triggered and only to the alarm center. If you feel uncomfortable about this, you can just gently hang a towel or something over it.
