The three floors of this rare property have everything for a most luxurious. The Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, most famous cult-worthy restaurants, renowned shopping streets Via Condotti and Via del Corso are all just steps away. The space This house has 3 floors. The first floor is where the reading area, main bedroom and main bathroom is at. In this bathroom you have a shower, his and hers sink and a hydro bathtub. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There's a lift that can take you up to the 3rd floor and needs to climb a couple of stairs going to the 4th floor. Guest access The entire house is reserve exclusively for my guest Other things to note Important: the area is located in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). This means that access to private cars is prohibited from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Note: We have installed soundproofing and fixtures that limit noise, but this exclusive property is in a very busy walking area, with small businesses, restaurants, and nearby attractions. We provide earplugs to all our guests. If you are a light sleeper, we highly recommend that you take advantage of our courtesy kit. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. are considered late check-ins and have a surcharge of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival. For check-ins from midnight onwards, the surcharge is €50. Parking/garage can be used on request at a cost of €30 per day. Please note: in accordance with Italian law, guests are required to present their passport upon arrival. Note: Valid ID for EU residents.
