The space The top floor consists of a TV room/lounge area and 3-4 beds. A separate bedroom and work corner with four beds. The main floor living room/kitchen forms a reception and dining area for 20 people. The bedroom on the same floor has a double bed. A separate sauna and bathroom, as well as a utility room with all the amenities, allow for a long stay for a large and mobile group. The separate four-apartment complex and sauna section downstairs allows a large group to have their own units. A hot tub is available for an additional fee on the downstairs terrace, subject to separate agreement. Guest access The KOHO villa and a four-car canopy are available for guests. If necessary, electric car charging is available for €40/once and hybrid €15/once. Self check-in with a key box key, the code for which is provided one week before the rental.
